Peanut Butter Cup Cupwakes w/Peanut Butter Icing I’ve done a cupcake like this before (peanut butter cup inside with peanut butter frosting). It was my fiancés favorite of all the cupcakes I’ve ever made. With the ones I made, the frosting had chopped peanut butter cups sprinkled on it rather than a single mini-cup. Might try this version next time. :)  Recipe is here.
